Paul Provencal

As the Vice President of Sales and DOT at NECS, my role encompasses a variety of critical tasks. I've led sales efforts for over 17 years, and am responsible for relationship management of some of our largest clients. I offer State and US DOT regulatory compliance guidance, risk mitigation, and safety consulting support to our customers across the US and Canada.

I’m a member of the National Private Truck Council (NPTC), the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA), the Council of Supply Chain Management (CSCMP) and have worked as a board member for the American Bus Association, Bus Industry Safety Council (BISC). Being part of these industry associations allows me to stay up to date with industry trends, share knowledge and experience as a guest speaker, and network with peers.

In my free time I spend every minute I can with my incredible wife of 35 years, my two amazing children, their spouses, and the new center of my universe, my 7-month-old grandson. I work out extensively, it’s a critical aspect of my life. I am an Invicta Watch collector, the bigger the better. I spend time at NECS, I don’t consider the time there as work, it’s not a job when you truly love what you do. It’s an honor and pleasure to be able to work for an incredible company surrounded by very special coworkers, customers, and friends.
