Sales Operation Manager

This is my 31st year with NECS. I have had the pleasure of watching this company grow from 8 employees to the incredible staff we have now. I have a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in I.T. Management. Then in 2014 I completed a Master’s Degree in Administration with a concentration in Organizational Management. Contract Law was my favorite class and is helpful today with my role as Sales Operations Manager when I process and review our client agreements.  

I feel my biggest success has been overcoming my dread for change. Change must happen for growth to happen. It may be awkward or uncomfortable, but it is also very rewarding when new goals are achieved. 

Outside of work, I love my fur babies. I have a mini bernedoodle and a pekitzu. I love hanging out with my family and friends. I have a 22-year-old son. I enjoy pool time, a good competitive game of Euchre, and going on Jeep cruises with my friends. I also occasionally like a nice Netflix binge.
